Students are encouraged to make their accommodation bookings early.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:

Domestic and international students studying at the Lilydale Campus must complete a separate application form. A non-refundable $20.00 AU applies with each application.

Exchange students studying at the Lilydale Campus in Semester Two must complete a separate application form.

SCHOLARSHIP:

Please note that first year higher education students are eligible to apply for the Swinburne University, Lilydale Student Village Scholarship.

TENANCY AGREEMENT INFORMATION :

Before students move in, they will be required to sign a Tenancy Agreement.
