Course info and features
As a Communication professional you will be able to work with a range of different medium to communicate with your audience. Medium including print, TV and radio are all available and need to be managed so they convey a single message.
Swinburne’s Communication degree combines Media Studies, Public Relations and Design units to produce versatile graduates who work in many exciting industries.
Note: Students will be required to study on the Prahran and Lilydale campuses in the first year.

As a Bachelor of Communication student you will study one of the following professional majors to specialise in:

You may also choose to complete a double degree, awarding you two qualifications in only four years of full time study:

| Lilydale ATAR Bonus | We'll provide a 5 point ATAR bonus to VCE applicants who choose to study at the Lilydale campus. To be eligible you need to successfully complete year 12 at a nominated secondary school and apply for a degree program delivered on the Lilydale campus. |
Students may study co-majors and minors not offered by the Faculty of Higher Education, Lilydale through another Swinburne Faculty, subject to program prescription and timetabling availability.
