Workplace Integrated Learning Projects

ARE

  • Discrete projects which an organisation would like completed and are deemed appropriate for third year undergraduate students to complete

WILL PROVIDE

  • A team of up to 4 students for around 100 hours per student, of work over a semester (about 3 months)
  • The services of students who have been trained in basic project management skills and who are undertaking degrees in Business, Social Science or Commerce
  • A report from the student/s in accordance with the brief provided
  • Some access to University academic staff input and support
  • Some flexibility in starting times which may be needed to meet the sponsoring organisation's needs

AND REQUIRE

  • A written brief from you/the organisation to the students
  • Some level of ongoing supervision and feedback from you, the sponsoring organisation
  • No payment to the students other than that required to cover any out of pocket expenses incurred
