The Swinburne University Lilydale Campus conference facilities are now available for your organisation’s next meeting, conference, seminar, exhibition and training/professional development.
We have an assortment of meeting rooms holding from six up to 40 people, an Atrium measuring approximately 840 square metres which has been home to art exhibitions, product launches, marketing and business displays, open days, large functions, cocktail parties and many functions for the campus.
The Council Room makes any meeting or presentation “that special event” with its elegant furniture, audio-visual equipment and superb views over Lillydale Lake.

Other outstanding facilities are two state-of-the-art lecture theatres seating up to 195 people which are equipped with the latest video/data projectors, web link and video recording facilities.

Other facilities available include a purpose built multimedia lab and computer labs which are ideal for courses or staff training, and a variety of multi purpose classrooms seating from 25 to 90 people.

We have added an Executive Development Suite in the LD building comprising of a training room (LD118) and 2 'break-out' or meeting rooms (LD116 & LD117).

During certain times of the year we can also offer classrooms and our two lecture theatres for hire. These times would be from December through to early February, and again during mid semester break in June, and some evenings.
